Sim’s Park is park-cum-botanical garden, which was laid more than a hundred years ago.the gerden is fully sorrounde by the shrubs and creepers.It was established in the year 1847. It is located in the north side of the coonoor railway station.It occupies an area of about 12 hectares. Queensland Karry Pine, Rudraksha (the bead tree) and Handsome Ornamental tree are famous in sim’s park. There are numerous number of temperate plantsof India in Sim’s park.Due to this fact, Sim’s Park is a destination of significance for botanists.
